Afterpay Careers

Afterpay is in the early stages of its global rollout, on a mission to provide financial freedom for all. The team at Afterpay needed an employee brand to match the vibrancy of the new consumer identity. At the same time, the brand needed to be a unique visual representation, showcasing the company’s culture and offer a true point of difference in the job market.

    A career at Afterpay is like nowhere else

    The Melbourne team conducted hours of interviews with staff across the globe to capture the essence and culture of this Aussie tech giant. Our job was to craft the value proposition , key messages and visuals that the team would be able to see themselves in.

    The brand breaks traditional employee value propositions through the use of motion graphics to show the energy and passion that it takes to grow to 10 million customers in 6 years

  • 03.

    Branded motion graphics

    To effectively represent the passion and vibrancy of Afterpay’s people and mission we created two motion graphics pieces – a values reveal video produced for a remote audience by weaving together phone footage, founder Zoom calls and a heap of cool brand assets. The second piece is the EV hype reel, which opens the Afterpay Careers site by using the words of the staff themselves to position the business and it’s culture.

    Digital roll-out

    Working alongside the brand folk, our digital design and development team created the Afterpay Careers microsite. It’s a web app housing all the creative aspects of the Afterpay Careers brand and streamlined job search capabilities.

  • 05.

    Real people. Real talk.

    We conceptualised and rolled out the ‘Real talk’ content series. We captured non-scripted staff stories about moments that matter and created a unique digital space to share audio bites from staff across the globe with their future colleagues.

  • 06.

    We continue to collaborate with the legends at Afterpay, working together to break the mould and produce creative solutions left, right and centre.
