The Melbourne team conducted hours of interviews with staff across the globe to capture the essence and culture of this Aussie tech giant. Our job was to craft the value proposition.
Founder Zoom calls recorded during lockdown, animatics of the EVP pillars, and a graphic language expressing the grit, energy, and people at Afterpay came together in a motion response that was used to celebrate and promote the passion of the company and introduce their new brand identity to internal groups.
As an extension of this people focused culture, we recorded staff members recounting some of their experiences, successes, and challenges at Afterpay. Real Talk forms an on-going dialogue with the people of Afterpay and provides users with a cut through insight in to what it’s like to work for Afterpay.
