Feel Good Hub
The ‘Feel Good Hub’ is a practical wellbeing hub to socialise new digital health resources to employees and their families. It provides employees with a simple and engaging way to connect to resources, supporting everyone’s unique needs through user-friendly design and driving meaningful participation.
Work.Rhythm
‘Work.Rhythm’ is an interactive digital tool that responds to personal and collective experiences of being at work. More than a resource, its a framework for shifting mindsets towards a good, progressive, honest and collaborative ethos. Practically it empowers employees with guidance for enhancing productivity, efficiency, and connection at work.
Perks Platform
The Medibank Perks platform currently provides benefits and high-level program overview in a user-centric design. It allows employees of Medibank Group to choose their own adventure and tailor their experience to their needs. The backend CMS allows for ongoing additions and content updates from the Employee Experience team.
Work Reinvented
‘Work Reinvented’ marks a significant chapter for The Medibank Group as they explore challenging the traditional work week and experiment with new approaches to life at work. To share this vision with its workforce we created an interactive portal that explores the ‘Work Reinvented’ vision. The portal also functions as a crowd sourcing tool, inviting staff to share their own ideas for ‘Work Reinvented’.
