A new digital platform led by intensive user and program research —

Health Equity Matters’ redesigned digital platform brief was to increase the reach and effectiveness of the community-led HIV response. The platform provides accessible, and informative healthcare and advocacy content for 20+ individual programs.

Diverse audience types

The audience groups and use cases that HEM caters for are diverse and complex, including First Nations community health, CALD community health, advocacy within parliament, international organisations such as UN and WHO, and the general public looking for HIV health information.

Rethinking structure —

Post-launch, we monitored user behavior and feedback to make iterative improvements, ensuring the website was not only visually appealing but also functional and engaging, ultimately supporting HEM’s mission to provide accessible health information and resources.
