We are the creative design partners for Health Equity Matters – servicing all programs both nationally and internationally including World HIV day, US Mob – audiences in queer health from community to healthcare to advocacy work for government.
A new digital platform led by intensive user and program research —
Health Equity Matters’ redesigned digital platform brief was to increase the reach and effectiveness of the community-led HIV response. The platform provides accessible, and informative healthcare and advocacy content for 20+ individual programs.
Diverse audience types
The audience groups and use cases that HEM caters for are diverse and complex, including First Nations community health, CALD community health, advocacy within parliament, international organisations such as UN and WHO, and the general public looking for HIV health information.
Rethinking structure —
Post-launch, we monitored user behavior and feedback to make iterative improvements, ensuring the website was not only visually appealing but also functional and engaging, ultimately supporting HEM’s mission to provide accessible health information and resources.
