Workshopping brand identity within the self-service industrial tech space
Neo is Australia’s largest industrial design company specialising in self-service terminal technologies. The team have been designing and building autonomous technology for over 30 years, supplying over 100,000 terminals all over the world.
Self-service solutions
During our initial strategy workshop, it became clear the brand name ‘Neo Products’ was ultimately holding the brand back. We coined the name ‘Neo Solutions’ and created a modern aesthetic to match the new approach. The challenge for our design team was to create an identity that encapsulates both the modern technology today’s Neo solutions contain as well as the decades of manufacturing history.
Ongoing partnership
The brand rollout led to several creative and digital projects including launching a new Neo website, a brand video and a refreshed marketing strategy. We continue to work with the team at Neo Solutions to create new design-led moments as the business grows.
