iConnect Financial is part of Australia’s largest mortgage aggregator, providing 1 in 10 Australians with home loans. Our strategic rebrand focused on understanding not only the financial customer, but the passionate people behind the rates.
Over a 4-week period we combined large-scale market research with internal data analysis to create industry-specific personas and a mapping report on consumer behavioural trends. This research is used as a marketing tool in-house and by our creative team to aid brand concepts. Everything we created from this point on was conceptualised with the personas & their known behaviours in mind.
The new brand identity began with a refreshed logo.
Brand application amongst franchised brokers was an important part of our brief – we needed brokers to feel proud of the brand they represented. A range of local area marketing & promotional materials were created as well as an online marketing catalogue to ensure brokers get to choose how they use the brand.
