MoleMap is the world leader in skin cancer diagnostics with over 35 clinics in Australia and New Zealand. We optimised molemap.net.au through a series of A/B tests and subsequent UX design alterations. Designing and implementing both a new site and booking form for all devices has led to significant increase in patient bookings. As an ongoing digital partner, we constantly analyse, tweak and ultimately, increase conversion rates.

    Informed Design

    Our new website and booking form design was rigorously validated through a series of testings. After analysing and heat-mapping, our team created a list of hypotheses we knew would increase conversion rates. These were validated through rounds of A/B testing the old site versus the new and improved.

    Content Creation

    A MoleMap resource centre was created after analysis showed that potential patients were actively seeking out information-based content. This created a secondary user journey, increasing the business’s digital touch-points.
