    Research & Trends

    Over an 4-week period we combined large-scale market research with internal data analysis to create industry-specific personas and a mapping report on consumer behavioural trends. This research is used as marketing tool in-house and by our creative team to aid brand concepts. Everything we created from this point on was conceptualised with the personas & their known behaviours in mind.

    Brand Identity & Guidelines

    The new brand identity began with a refreshed logo, new tagline & turning home loan types into 5 humanised ‘moments’. All aspects of the rebrand focused on replacing connotations of technology with real human connection. Part of our brief was to ensure long-term brand consistency. Brand & style guidelines were created including rules for logo application, voice, imagery & graphical treatments.

    Local Area Marketing

    Brand application amongst franchised brokers was an important part of our brief – we needed brokers to feel proud of the brand they represented. A range of local area marketing & promotional materials were created as well as an online marketing catalogue to ensure brokers get to choose how they use the brand.
