Potentially the most thoughtful piece of glassware ever made, Denver & Liely are known for reinventing the whisky glass & investing the gin glass. Industrial-designers turned whisky connoisseurs, their product batches have become global sellouts.

Our project centred on understanding the customer. Through workshopping and creation of hypotheses we knew exactly what we were looking for. With this, we conducting 6-weeks of heat mapping and analysis to form a clear understanding of their brand’s digital user interaction.
